AccuAmp qPCR Primer Assays for Reference Genes
For accurate quantification of gene expression, it is essential to select an appropriate reference gene (or endogenous control) for normalizing your real-time PCR results. The expression level of the reference gene is not affected by the effect that needs studying, (e.g. condition, drug, medium, growth states etc.). It is important to evaluate a group of reference genes for a particular experiment unless a suitable reference gene has been known for the study.
